Overview
At Jiangfujia, we take great pride in the quality of our premium baijiu products. We understand that the purchase of our premium spirits represents a significant investment, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Unopened Product Returns
- Returns of unopened products will be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original, sealed condition with all packaging intact
- The authenticity seal must be unbroken
- A return shipping label will be provided at our expense
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection
Damaged or Incorrect Products
IIf you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Has broken seals
- Shows signs of tampering
- Is incorrect or different from what you ordered
Please:
- Document the condition with photographs
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not open or attempt to use the product
- Keep all original packaging materials
We will arrange for:
- Full refund if a replacement is not desired or available
- Immediate collection of the damaged/incorrect product
- Express shipping of a replacement product
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
- Opened bottles cannot be returned due to food safety regulations
- Products with broken authenticity seals
- Products without original packaging and documentation
- Products purchased through unauthorized dealers
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Our quality control team will inspect the returned product
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
International Orders
- International returns must comply with all applicable customs and export/import regulations
- Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during the return shipping process
- Please contact our international customer service team for specific guidance
Limited Edition and Aged Products
For our premium aged products (such as Jiangfujia Lao Jiu):
- Extended inspection period may be necessary
- Additional authentication procedures may be required
- Special handling instructions will be provided
